We are actively seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join a reputable company known for managing large-scale heavy commercial projects, including aviation work. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Construction Project Manager – Heavy Commercial position include:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in heavy commercial construction, with a strong understanding of sequencing, inspections, and construction drawings
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning and execution
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel to meet project milestones
- Attend and contribute to weekly progress meetings
- Use Procore to maintain project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support the review and processing of subcontractor pay applications
- Help track project schedules and monitor for potential delays
- Promote safety and compliance while maintaining jobsite coordination
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
