Qualifications and responsibilities for this Area Construction Manager position include:
- Experience in management, ideally within construction or related industries.
- Overseeing and managing local operations with a focus on sports construction projects.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Leading a team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Supporting the company's growth by establishing a strong presence in the Indianapolis region.
- Open to learning specific construction techniques; industry experience is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis or be within commuting distance.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a bonus structure of 10-20%.
