Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of recent experience in technical and design production (less experienced candidates with strong potential are still encouraged to apply).
- Architectural licensure preferred; must be based in or near Tempe, AZ.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite is required; SketchUp, Enscape, and BIM360 are a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally; all expenses covered with a company credit card and fuel card.
- Lead and manage projects through all phases—programming, concept, design, construction documents, and administration.
- Collaborate directly with the Principal, consultants, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Conduct site investigations, interface with jurisdictions, and coordinate closely with contractors through construction completion.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
