Our client, a leading design firm, is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team in Allen, TX. This companies specializes in multiple industries, including banking, restaurant, car wash, convenience stores and fuel, grocery and pharmacy, retail, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate must possess managerial and leadership qualities that support and exemplify the Company values, culture, ethical, moral and staff growth standards and objectives. Additionally, the candidate must plan, organize, monitor, manage, and control the development and completion of assigned projects while delegating tasks and responsibilities to subordinates as required. Our client is looking for a candidate who provides mentorship and training to staff, while also gaining and maintaining client trust by meeting commitments, being responsive to client requests, providing clear and concise verbal and written communications internal and external, suggesting alternatives, and mitigating unexpected cost overruns.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology and national and local building codes, including accessibility codes
  • Experience with proposal processes and change orders
  • Experience with financial management and invoicing
  • Strong skills in risk management, training and mentoring staff, managing project schedules and staffing, and business development activities
  • Ability to delegate subordinate tasks

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
