We’re seeking an Architectural Drafter with a strong background in healthcare architecture projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting healthcare projects required
- Experience with the HCAi (Department of Health Care Access and Information) process and building codes preferred
- Strong technical detailing abilities and experience supporting contract documents for California healthcare projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Microsoft software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate confidently with senior staff and consultants
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Quality control skills with the ability to review your own work and that of others
- Willingness to relocate to Sacramento if not local (relocation assistance considered case by case)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a drive for career growth
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 3% contribution after one year, paid time off accruing at 8 hours per month, and professional development support.
