Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Lumion and Revit Macros is a plus
- Produce detailed construction documents using Revit software
- Support permitting processes by preparing plan submittals for ACC/ARC/HOA and city/county authorities
- Assist in project takeoffs and bidding in collaboration with the Architectural Design Coordinator
- Create Revit site plans using surveys, elevation certificates, FEMA maps, and permitting data
- Prepare electrical layouts and ensure all design specifications are technically coordinated
- Manage multiple deadlines and deliverables, while staying current with materials, code updates, and trends
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
