Specializing in building code consulting and known for offering complete client ownership throughout the life of a project, this firm provides a unique opportunity to be immersed in a variety of commercial projects from start to finish. If you’re experienced in architectural production work and ready to dive into a diverse and exciting portfolio — especially apartment and commercial projects — this position is for you!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Designer position include:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an architecture firm (production-heavy role)
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation (MEP familiarity is a plus but not required)
- Proven experience in apartment and commercial project types such as restaurants and warehouses
- Skilled in AutoCAD and familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to develop complete sections and details independently with minimal supervision
- Involvement in full project phases from start through construction administration (CA)
- Must have an architectural background — civil, mechanical, or industrial design backgrounds will not be considered
- Local candidates only; this is a fully in-office role with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
