Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect – Entitlement and Urban Planning position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in architectural design, with a strong background in entitlement processes.
- Expertise in zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental compliance to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with familiarity in GIS tools.
- Lead conceptual and schematic design, feasibility studies, and urban development strategies.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and coordinate with consultants, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main client liaison, presenting design proposals and entitlement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative, sustainable design solutions.
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
