Qualifications and responsibilities for this Accounts Receivable Clerk position include:
- 5-7 years of billing experience, with 3-5 years in collections and construction billing preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or formal accounting training is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and experience with construction billing forms.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with FOUNDATION experience being a major plus.
- Collect and report payments according to project contract terms and progress.
- Maintain electronic AR job folders and ensure accurate invoicing of projects, including change orders.
- Resolve billing disputes and coordinate payments with accounts payable.
- Track and report AR aging while working toward collections goals.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
