What it's like to be a DAVRON Recruiter...
Imagine this; our client assigns us a job order and they are seeking to hire an engineer but they're having difficulty finding the right candidate. This is where you come in. First, you learn what the company does and what skills are necessary to fill the position. What kind of projects are they working on? What kind of skills does the engineer need to have? Then you use all the DAVRON resources available to find them their engineer.
What kind of resources will you have? We'll teach you the latest cutting-edge data mining techniques that'll enable you to identify the right candidates. We use many databases from Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and our very own proprietary database to source candidates.
You are a matchmaker… matching the engineer to the the engineering company. We'll teach you how to source candidates, how to present them to clients for consideration, and ultimately, how to be an amazing matchmaker and headhunter.
Uncapped commissions, annual performance bonus, great benefits and real work-life balance!
You will receive a starting base salary of $30,000 per year. After 90-days, you will receive a base salary of $35,000 and be eligible for uncapped commissions on all placements, health insurance benefits and 15 days paid time off. After one year, you will be eligible to earn up to $40,000 base salary!
Overall, you can expect to make at least $50,000 to $75,000 in your first year of recruiting.
DAVRON contributes 70% of employee healthcare coverage costs, offers dental and vision plans, and three weeks of paid time off.
