Qualifications and responsibilities for this High-End Residential Construction Superintendent position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in luxury residential projects.
- Supervise all phases of construction across multiple job sites, including new builds and high-end remodels.
- Lead construction teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Interface with high-end clients, providing clear updates and maintaining professionalism.
- Protect client assets by ensuring job site security and managing risk.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site readiness to avoid project delays.
- Foster a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability among team members.
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
