Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – Restoration position include:
- 2+ years of experience in restoration or construction preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Plan and execute reconstruction projects with subcontractors and vendors
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper documentation, permitting, and scheduling for all projects
- Review and negotiate project scopes and estimates with clients
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
