We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a major commercial/industrial project located in Victoria, Texas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a $7 million project for a large service center that includes a two-story office and truck shop. With long-term project duration, excellent bonus potential for project completion, and the possibility of transitioning to future projects, this role is ideal for experienced superintendents looking for stability, growth, and exciting work in a dynamic field environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Superintendent position include:
- 10–15 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years as a superintendent
- Valid Journeyman License required; Master Electrician license is a plus
- Experience managing teams of 10–30 electricians with 2–3 foremen direct reports
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, and PDF/Office tools
- Oversee all onsite electrical work, ensuring adherence to NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate closely with general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain schedules
- Conduct site inspections, manage quality control, and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Lead team productivity and maintain high standards of job site performance
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
