Client Profile

The core of the RPO relationship is the Client Profile developed jointly by you and Davron that defines your organization and your projected hiring requirements by skill sets, cultural environment and other factors essential to your employment trends and business objectives. This Client Profile, coupled with regularly scheduled conferencing with Davron recruiters, senior management and hiring managers, enables Davron to anticipate recruiting needs and shorten the time needed to fill the position.

With your agreement, Davron brands your organization as an “Employer of Choice” by promoting your company on a variety of professional networking sites. We sell your company’s culture, employee benefits and career potential to qualified Candidates. This ensures that Candidates arrive for their interview with valuable information about your company and are ready to tell you why they should be your “New Hire.”

Reduced Placement Fees

Under Davron’s RPO program, we source candidates on a fixed fee basis unrelated to the New Hire’s starting salary and at a rate significantly lower than the traditional contingency search fee percentage arrangement.

Extended Placement Fee Payment Terms

Payment terms extend from six months to one year following the start of employment.

Extended New Hire Longevity Guarantee

Concurrent with the extended placement fee payment terms, RPO Clients are provided the New Hire longevity guarantee of six months to one year – the most generous terms available in this industry. In the event the New Hire is terminated or leaves your organization at any time during the extended placement fee payment period, Davron ceases additional invoicing. You owe nothing else on that placement!

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

To assure you of our commitment to provide better, faster and cost-effective recruitment services, Davron uses a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure our responsiveness, quality of the Candidates presented and overall recruiting performance. Our senior management team conferences regularly with your key hiring managers to review the KPI data and value added services provided under our RPO plan to ensure we deliver on our commitment to you.
