Client Profile
The core of the RPO relationship is the Client Profile developed jointly by you and Davron, defining your organization and its projected hiring requirements by skill sets, cultural environment and other factors essential to your employment trends and business objectives. This Client profile, coupled with periodic meetings of Davron recruiters, senior management and hiring managers, enables Davron to anticipate recruiting needs and shortening cycle times.
With your endorsement, Davron uses this information to brand your organization as an “employer-of-choice” through new or enhanced exposure on various professional networking sites. We sell your company’s culture benefits, and career potential to qualified Candidates. This ensures that the Candidates arrive for their interview with valuable information about your company and are ready to tell you why they should be your “New Hire.”
Reduced Placement Fees
Under Davron’s RPO program, we source candidates on a fixed fee basis, unrelated to the New Hire’s starting salary and at a rate significantly lower than the traditional contingency search fee percentage arrangement. Our goal is to offer RPO placement fees at extremely competitive rates while providing enhanced services to RPO Clients.
Extended Placement Fee Payment Terms
A key feature of our RPO service plans are placement fee payment terms that extend 6-months to 1-year following the start of employment.
Extended New Hire Longevity Guarantee
Concurrent with the extended placement fee payment terms, RPO Clients are provided the New Hire longevity guarantee of six months to one year – the most generous of such terms available in this industry. In the event the New Hire is terminated or leaves your organization during the extended placement fee payment period, Davron ceases additional invoicing.

To assure you of our RPO commitment to provide better, faster and cost-effective recruitment services, Davron uses a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure our responsiveness, quality of the Candidates presented and overall recruiting performance.
