Michael Marget is Chief Financial Officer of Davron. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Iowa) and an attorney (Illinois) and has more than 20 years experience as CEO, COO and CFO of within several large professional service organizations with revenues ranging from $20 million to more than $600 million annually. His financial experience includes raising capital, negotiating and managing secured and unsecured debt facilities, and executing complex tax strategies. He has managed high-volume, complex accounting environments featuring multiple entities, differing fiscal yeas for financial and tax reporting purposes and fiduciary fund accounting for 4,000+ escrow accounts aggregating $150 million. In addition, Mr. Marget served as an ERISA fiduciary for benefit plans with fund assets in excess of $350 million and has served as an ESOP fiduciary. In his prior positions, he was actively engaged in human resource management strategy, including sourcing of talent, talent retention programs, employee benefit plan design, managing ERISA-qualified and nonqualified pension plans, developing performance-based incentive compensation programs, drafting job descriptions and performance evaluation systems, and outsourcing non-core business processes to third party providers.
