George Nubel joined Davron in 2003 as a recruiter and now serves Davron as Vice President and Senior Partner. Mr. Nubel is known nationally throughout the engineering, architecture, finance/accounting and construction community. As a top recruiter in a variety of technical and administrative specialties, he currently is working with several energy companies that include petroleum, gasoline, alternative fuels such as ethanol, nuclear, solar and wind, in the construction of commercial facilities and in placing engineers and also financial experts with a background in the energy industry. Mr. Nubel has an exceptional relationship built through working closely with both Clients and Candidates to analyze and identify the skills and expertise required and then find those quality candidates that are the best fit for the Client. His reputation for diligence and determination resulted in a number of long-term, satisfied Clients who rely on his work ethic to ensure a successful search and placement. Mr. Nubel is the leader of Davron’s Construction Team and the Finance/Accounting Team.
