David Coreen is one of the founders of Davron and serves as President and CEO. Mr. Coreen brings 15 years of experience on a multitude of staffing and employment issues and particularly is known for his ability to locate highly specialized, difficult to find technical talent for Davron’s corporate Clients. Additionally Mr. Coreen provides guidance and consultation to a number of corporate executives nationwide in the areas of staff augmentation, salary and bonus guidelines, staff retention, succession management planning and matching technical talent to corporate hiring needs. Mr. Coreen is an acknowledged expert on technical staffing and is well versed in engineering, architectural, construction, finance/accounting and information technology terminology and processes. He developed the Davron Proprietary Database containing both active and passive candidates that is unique in the recruiting industry and allows Davron’s staff access to 47,000+ resumes specific to the engineering, architecture, construction, finance/accounting, information technology and related fields. These resumes are researched and refreshed regularly to maintain the quality and qualifications of the Candidates. Mr. Coreen frequently authors recruiting articles to numerous national engineering publications and is a regular speaker on staffing and recruiting issues. He recently was quoted in a national industry publication that, “Recruiting is an incredibly satisfying career.
